CUSTOMER LIFECYCLE EMAILS
At this stage in my career, I’ve lost count of the hundreds (thousands?) of emails I’ve created. From onboarding flows, to newsletters & webinars, to offers & promotions…I’ve done it all. (And not really saved any of them for my “portfolio.”)

That said, I’ve developed a weird passion for email creative over the the years. It’s offers a unique, confined training ground for young copywriters and designers. The rules are simple:

1. Keep it short
2. Be direct
3. Reinforce the brand
4. Drive action
5. Revisit rule #1
