When I first came to Constant Contact in 2011, we were a typical in-house agency doing typical in-house agency work. But within a 18 months we were filming our first small budget video. And within 3 years, we'd taken over TV creative duties from our external agency.
This was our first campaign. At the time, it seemed like a major victory and the culmination of years of great work by the team. In reality, it was just the beginning of our team's evolution to a true full-service agency.
